Botanic Green Quartzite Slab

Botanic Green is a Brazilian quartzite running green and white through grey and olive movement, one of the range’s genuine green stones alongside Calacatta Green WOW and Amazonite.

It suits kitchen benchtops, feature walls, cladding and furniture, and offers real durability alongside its colour, given quartzite’s harder, less porous makeup compared to marble in a similar tone.

Green colouring in quartzite generally comes from trace chlorite or mica content within the original sandstone, fused under the same heat and pressure that hardens the stone overall — a mineral source distinct from the serpentinite responsible for green colouring in some marbles.
