Calacatta Oyster Marble Slab
Calacatta Oyster departs from the usual white-based Calacattas — black and white together as the dominant colours, with gold and grey veining moving through, a genuinely higher-contrast take on the family name.
It suits kitchen benchtops, cladding, flooring and furniture, and works as a bridge between the classic white Calacattas and the darker stones like Paonazzo or Black Hawk elsewhere in the range.
The ‘Calacatta’ name is used more loosely in the trade than its Apuan Alps origin might suggest — some Calacatta-branded stones, like this one, depart considerably from the traditional white-and-grey template, closer to a marketing convention signalling ‘bold veined marble’ than a literal quarry designation.
